Who We Are
Our Purpose and Vision

We created NEST to restore stability, dignity, and hope for families displaced by war.

Our mission is to build transparent, sustainable housing powered by blockchain and united by community values.

NEST Foundation was created with one purpose — to give families a stable and dignified future.
We believe that every person deserves a safe home, no matter where they come from or what they’ve been through.

Our initiative is built by people who understand the struggle of unstable housing — families, workers, migrants, individuals who move from place to place with uncertainty.
We exist to change this reality by acting transparently, step by step, together with a global community that cares.

What We Do
We build a transparent and sustainable housing model that gives people a real path to ownership — without debt, without impossible prices, and without uncertainty.
Through our NEST Ownership Program, families can access safe, modern, and affordable homes while paying far less than traditional rent.
Every contribution goes toward their own future property — not to landlords, banks, or intermediaries.
We combine social innovation, community support, and blockchain transparency to ensure fairness at every step.
NEST began with a simple question:
What happens when stability becomes a luxury?

For millions of people, renting is insecure, buying is impossible, and the future feels out of reach.
Young families, migrants, hard-working people paying rent for years without gaining safety — they all face this problem daily.

NEST Foundation was created to offer a real alternative:
A system where housing becomes accessible, fair, and transparent — without debt, impossible prices, or fear of the future.
A model powered by blockchain and community, not bureaucracy and broken financial systems.

Because for millions of families, “home” became fragile.

War, crisis, and displacement take away more than a roof — they take away stability, belonging, and the sense of a safe tomorrow.
Families spend years paying rent, yet end with nothing.
No security.
No future.
No place of their own.

NEST was created to change this reality.

To restore stability, dignity, and a real path to ownership.

People should not spend their lives “renting the temporary.”
Every month, every payment, every effort should build something real.

NEST offers a new model — one where contributions empower families,
not landlords or financial systems.
A model without debt, without impossible requirements, without fear.

Because the old system is broken.

Housing has become a luxury.
Rent has become a trap.
Mortgages have become unreachable.

NEST is the fair alternative — transparent, community-driven, and built to return housing to human values.

Because no one should face uncertainty alone.

Every displaced family deserves dignity and a pathway to rebuild their life.

NEST is our commitment to bring hope back —
one step, one family, one future at a time.

Humanity — People come first. Every decision must improve real lives.
Transparency — Open processes, open governance, and clear accountability at every step.
Unity — A global community standing together to build sustainable housing and restore dignity.

NEST is more than a project — it’s a movement for fairness, stability, and a better future for families everywhere.

❤️ Humanity

People come first.
Every decision begins with dignity, compassion, and the belief that every family deserves a safe and stable home.
We exist to restore what crises take away — security, belonging, and hope.

👁 Transparency

Trust is earned through honesty.
We operate openly: documents, processes, governance, and decisions are accessible to our community.
Technology is used to prevent the shadows that destroyed trust in traditional systems.

🤲 Unity

We move forward together.
Families, migrants, supporters, volunteers, and partners — all united by the belief that housing should be fair and accessible.
Community is our strength.
Collaboration is our path.

**These values are not what we say — they are what we do.

Every step of NEST is built on Humanity, Transparency, and Unity.**
Current Stage of the NEST Foundation

Building the foundation for a long-term, international social housing system.

Where We Are Today

NEST Foundation is currently in the foundational stage of development.
Our mission, structure, and long-term model are fully defined, and we are now building the legal and operational base that will allow us to launch future social housing programs.

This is a crucial phase for any international humanitarian project.
We prioritize transparency, responsibility, and honest communication at every step.

What Has Already Been Completed

Concept and mission fully defined
The NEST model provides displaced families with a real path from temporary living conditions to long-term home ownership.

Whitepaper v1.0 completed
The full framework of the housing model, governance architecture, token structure, and roadmap.

✔ Lightpaper created

Legal preparation in progress
We are preparing the official registration of NEST Foundation in Estonia.

What We Are Doing Right Now

We are currently focused on:

completing e-Residency application

preparing foundation registration documents

finalizing legal structure

building safe and transparent governance

preparing the system for future housing programs

creating international communication standards

developing the social village model and economy system

This stage sets the foundation for all future settlements.

What We Are NOT Doing Yet (Important Transparency)

To maintain full clarity:

NEST Foundation does not currently:

build houses yet

provide housing yet

accept participants into the program

collect payments or contributions from families

allocate land or assign housing

run active settlements

These actions will only begin after:

1. Legal registration of the foundation

2. Opening official foundation bank accounts

3. Approval of pilot settlement projects

4. Agreements with municipalities

5. Secured grants and institutional funding

This transparency protects families, ensures trust, and guarantees full legality.

Next Phases (Future Steps)

1. Registration of NEST Foundation (MTÜ) in Estonia

Legal structure, board, governance, foundation charter.

2. Opening foundation bank accounts

For transparent financial operations.

3. Starting negotiations with municipalities

Land allocation, permissions, and partnership agreements.

4. Preparing applications for EU and humanitarian grants

5. Launch of the first pilot settlement project

20–30 homes for displaced families.

Long-Term Vision

This is only the beginning.

NEST Foundation aims to create:

self-sustaining social villages

international housing programs

transparent ownership pathways

work opportunities inside settlements

community-driven environments

innovative Web3-backed social systems

We are building a long-term humanitarian solution, not temporary shelter.

Transparency Statement

NEST Foundation is built on honesty and responsibility.
We clearly separate current progress from future goals.
All upcoming steps will be announced publicly and transparently.

How the NEST Housing Model Works

A transparent, step-by-step system that guides displaced families from vulnerability to long-term home ownership.

Overview

The NEST model provides a clear, safe, and realistic path for families who lost their homes due to war or crisis.
Our approach connects:

humanitarian support

social housing

responsible development

transparent management

and long-term ownership

This page explains every step — honestly and without unrealistic promises.

Step 1: Registration of Interest (Non-binding)

Before any construction or settlement begins, families can register their interest in the NEST program.

This is NOT an application.
This is NOT a commitment.
This is NOT a contract.

It is simply:

name

current status

location

family situation

housing challenges

This helps NEST understand real demand and present accurate data to municipalities and partners.

Step 2: Negotiation With Municipalities

After measuring demand, NEST contacts:

municipal governments

social housing departments

regional authorities

land agencies

We present:

the NEST model

documented community need

potential locations

benefits for the region

Municipalities may offer:

land for social projects

long-term leases

reduced-cost parcels

infrastructure support

co-development opportunities

All negotiations follow legal frameworks of the country.

Step 3: Securing Funding and Partnerships

Before building begins, NEST secures:

EU grants

✔ national humanitarian programs

✔ private donors

✔ institutional partners

✔ local NGOs

✔ engineering and construction partners

This ensures:

sustainability

transparency

zero financial burden for families

Families do not pay for construction.

Step 4: Designing the Pilot Settlement

A pilot NEST Village is typically:

20–30 homes

community infrastructure

basic services nearby

sustainable layout

safe environment

designed for long-term ownership

Architects and engineers create:

housing plans

energy-efficient layouts

infrastructure solutions

social economy zones

community spaces

This becomes the blueprint for future settlements.

Step 5: Construction Phase

Only after land, funding, and partnerships are secured, the construction begins.

NEST oversees:

building

quality

compliance

safety

environmental standards

Families do NOT pay during construction.

There are NO:

deposits

early contributions

financial commitments

This ensures full transparency and zero risk for participants.

Step 6: Opening the Housing Program (Path to Ownership)

Once homes are built and ready:

NEST opens formal applications for families who registered interest earlier.

The process includes:

document review

confirmation of displaced status

assessment of housing need

interviews

priority criteria (families, elderly, vulnerable groups)

This step ensures fairness, legality, and responsible allocation.

Step 7: Signing the Participation Agreement

Families accepted into the program receive:

a transparent Participation Agreement

rules of the NEST Village

details of monthly contributions

responsibilities of the foundation

future ownership conditions

IMPORTANT:

This is NOT a loan

✔ NOT an installment

✔ NOT a mortgage

✔ NOT a commercial contract

It is a social housing participation contract based on humanitarian principles.

Step 8: Moving In and Beginning Monthly Contributions

Contributions start ONLY when:

the house is built

the family is approved

the contract is signed

the family moves in

Monthly contributions:

are lower than local rent

include a small ownership component

help maintain the settlement

support operational sustainability

never put families in debt

Payments go ONLY to the official bank account of NEST Foundation.

Step 9: Accumulation and Ownership Transition

As years pass:

contributions accumulate

grants cover part of construction

foundation subsidizes ownership

the remaining value decreases

families progress toward ownership

After the required period (typically 5–10 years):

✔ The home is legally transferred

✔ A deed (ownership certificate) is issued

✔ The family becomes the official owner

✔ The cycle is complete

This is the heart of the NEST model.

Why This System Works

✔ no debt

✔ no interest

✔ no risk for families

✔ full transparency

✔ EU-compliant social housing

✔ focus on dignity and stability

✔ long-term economic sustainability

This model is built to last.

Our Promise

NEST Foundation guarantees:

no false expectations

no rushed promises

no financial commitments before readiness

no hidden conditions

We move step-by-step, ethically and transparently.

Why NEST Is Unique

A new model of humanitarian housing that goes beyond temporary shelter —
and creates a real path to future home ownership.

A Completely New Approach to Humanitarian Housing

Traditional humanitarian organizations provide:

temporary accommodation

rent assistance

emergency shelters

refugee centers

short-term support

These solutions save lives, but they do not create stability.
They do not offer a home.
They do not help families rebuild their future.

NEST Foundation introduces a model that does not exist anywhere else:

✔ long-term housing

✔ ownership pathway

✔ sustainable communities

✔ employment inside settlements

✔ transparent funding

✔ human-centered integration

NEST is not a shelter — it is a future.

Our Path to Ownership Model

Most housing programs, even in the EU, end with:

rent

limits

expiration

relocation

homelessness risk

NEST is different.

We create a real path from displacement to ownership:

1️⃣ Designated housing in NEST settlements

2️⃣ Social participation agreement

3️⃣ Affordable, stable contributions

4️⃣ Accumulation system

5️⃣ Transfer of ownership after the program

No mortgages.
No banks.
No debt.
No interest.
No credit requirements.

This model is unique in Europe.

Self-Sustaining Social Villages

Most humanitarian projects depend on:

external funding

donations

government support

When money runs out — the program stops.

NEST Villages work differently:

✔ small local businesses inside the settlement

✔ job opportunities for residents

✔ economic activity staying within the community

✔ revenue reinvested into new settlements

✔ long-term sustainability

✔ stable growth without financial collapse

This model allows the foundation to expand indefinitely — ethically and transparently.

NEST is the only housing model where:

✔ people live and work in the same community

✔ jobs do not require local language

✔ residents run community services

✔ every settlement includes economic infrastructure

✔ families can survive and grow even without outside employment

This removes the biggest barrier displaced families face:
survival without discrimination, language stress, and instability.

Transparent Web3 Governance (Future Stage)

Unlike traditional NGOs, NEST integrates:

transparent ledgers

traceable fund allocation

community governance

token-based voting

verifiable reports

This prevents:

corruption

misuse of funds

hidden spending

closed budgets

Donors, partners, and families will see:

✔ how money is used

✔ how settlements are funded

✔ how decisions are made

This level of transparency is extremely rare in the humanitarian sector.

Designed for Displaced Families, Not Just Refugees

Most organizations categorize people by:

legal status

visa type

protection level

host-country rules

NEST is built for people, not for bureaucratic categories.

Participation is open to:

✔ Ukrainians under TPD

✔ Ukrainians with expired visas

✔ Ukrainians relocating between countries

✔ people without stable documentation

✔ those needing long-term housing

Your status does not limit your future.

Created by People Who Understand the Problem Personally

NEST is not a theoretical organization.
It was created by a person who experienced displacement, instability, and uncertainty firsthand.

This is why NEST is:

realistic

practical

human

focused on dignity

built around real needs

This authenticity makes the foundation stronger and more sincere.

Long-Term Vision, Not Temporary Aid

Humanitarian programs usually end when:

funding stops

political situations change

support programs expire

NEST is built to last.

We aim for:

permanent settlements

growing communities

international expansion

long-term sustainability

generational impact

Families will not just survive —
they will rebuild their lives.

Summary: What Makes NEST Different

NEST Foundation is more than a project —
it is a new chapter in humanitarian housing.
LEADERSHIP & GOVERNANCE

Founder & Vision Director

Sergio K. — Founder of NEST Foundation

Sergio is the creator and driving force behind the NEST Foundation.
Having personally experienced displacement and the challenges of unstable housing, he built NEST with one goal: to bring stability, dignity, and long-term security to families affected by war and crisis.

His mission is rooted not in theory — but in real life.

Sergio understands:

what it means to lose home

what it means to start again in another country

the uncertainty that displaced families feel every day

This experience shaped the vision of NEST:
a transparent, community-driven housing system where every family can move from survival to stability — and eventually to home ownership.

As Founder & Vision Director, Sergio is responsible for:

strategic direction of the foundation

global vision and development

building international partnerships

shaping the humanitarian and social model of NEST

ensuring transparency and community-focused values

representing the foundation publicly

NEST was created not for profit — but for people.
And this principle defines his leadership.

Core Team (Phase 2)

The foundation is currently in the formation stage.
After the legal registration in Estonia, the NEST Foundation will introduce:

operational team

housing development specialists

legal & compliance support

blockchain and transparency engineers

regional community coordinators

humanitarian advisors

Team expansion begins after official registration.

Advisory Board (Coming Soon)

During Phase 2, NEST will invite independent experts from:

humanitarian sector

housing development

blockchain transparency

social impact finance

international law

The Advisory Board will help guide the long-term vision, ensure ethics, and support global best practices for displaced families.

Governance Framework (Post-Registration)

Once the NEST Foundation is legally established in Estonia (MTÜ structure), governance will include:

Board of Directors

Responsible for oversight, strategy, and legal compliance.

Community Representation Model

A multi-layer system that allows future residents and supporters to participate in decision-making.

DAO-Based Transparency Layer

Used for tracking funds, allocations, and voting on key community matters.

Public Reporting Standards

Annual auditing
Public financial visibility
Open documentation cycles

NEST governance is designed with one mission:
to make decisions transparently and always in the best interest of families.

Our Leadership Philosophy

We believe that leadership must be:

transparent

people-centered

ethical

accountable

built on lived experience

guided by community needs

This is the foundation upon which NEST is being built — step by step, with purpose and integrity.

TRANSPARENCY STATEMENT

Our Commitment to Transparency

NEST Foundation is built on the principles of honesty, clarity, and accountability.
We believe that humanitarian projects must operate with full openness — especially when they involve housing, community support, and long-term impact on people’s lives.

This Transparency Statement explains clearly:

where the project stands today

what is already completed

what is still in development

what we do not yet provide

how decisions are made

how we will operate after legal registration

Our goal is simple:
No hidden promises. No confusion. No misunderstandings.

Current Stage of the Project

NEST Foundation is currently in the formation stage.

At this moment:

✔ The concept is fully developed

✔ Whitepaper and Lightpaper are completed

✔ Website and communication framework are live

✔ Mission, values, and housing model are established

✔ Legal preparation for foundation registration in Estonia is in progress

✔ Community-building phase has begun

We are NOT yet distributing housing.
We are NOT collecting contributions.
We are NOT onboarding participants into a housing program.

What Is Not Active Yet

To avoid any misunderstanding, we clearly state:

❌ Housing programs are NOT active

❌ No settlements are under construction now

❌ No applications for housing are accepted

❌ No waiting list is open

❌ No financial contributions from families are collected

❌ No investments or donations are accepted at this stage

❌ No token-related activities are launched

These programs will begin only after:

1️⃣ official legal registration of the NEST Foundation (MTÜ)
2️⃣ approval of governance structure
3️⃣ opening of a foundation bank account
4️⃣ forming partnerships with municipalities and organizations

Our Commitment Before Launch

Until the foundation is legally registered:

✔ We provide information only

✔ We publish updates openly

✔ We develop documentation and structure

✔ We prepare partnerships

✔ We never ask for money

✔ We do not offer any housing rights

✔ We operate with full transparency

This ensures complete safety for all interested families.

Future Transparency Measures

After the foundation is officially registered, NEST will implement:

✔ Public annual reports

✔ Full financial transparency

✔ Open documentation on settlements

✔ Traceable allocation of funds

✔ DAO-based governance components

✔ Public roadmap updates

✔ Verified partner disclosures

People will always know:

how funds are used

how settlements are developed

how decisions are made

who oversees each process

Our Promise

We promise to always communicate openly:

what NEST can do

what NEST cannot do

what stage we are in

what comes next

Transparency is not only part of our mission —
it is the foundation upon which NEST is being built.

Important Notice

NEST Foundation is currently in preparation.
All housing programs will start only after official legal registration
and will follow European humanitarian and financial guidelines.
